Working with a client recently who had a bad experience with Sitecore performance, I came up with what I thought was a very good analogy for a poorly performing Sitecore based site.
This is a question I have been asked quite frequently recently, and thought it would be a good idea to explain what Arktouros can actually do for you, or your company.
Every company has to have a speciality, and amongst all the services we offer, the one that stands out is Sitecore.

We had a request from a client for non-administrator users to be able to unlock other users locked Items.
A perfectly valid request, as the client had sensibly limited the number of Administrator users, and wanted this task handled by “Elevated Non-Admin Users”.
